So, about us, huh? (or more specifically, about me)

I’ve lived in Portland for just about five years now (moved here from Maine) and I love it. One of the very first things I noticed when I arrived was just how nice everyone was. People are so incredibly open and friendly here in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, I love the real sense of community. Portland is a pretty big city to a guy like me, but it honestly feels like a big town. I also really appreciate the pride people exhibit. With employPDX I’m really hoping to follow and pass forward these great qualities, and to become enveloped and accepted in this great big neighborhood. In addition to working hard, I like to find a sense of balance by enjoying what the Pacific Northwest is known for: the great outdoors, micro breweries, wineries, and the local music and arts.  I’m really glad you’re here and hope you’ll help me spread the word about employPDX.com.
